Hello,
I’ve also received an email from ZATCA with the “INACCURATE POST” related to a B2C invoice. The message indicates an issue with identifiers, but the city name is included correctly in the invoice.
In this case, the invoice was submitted as B2C, and I left the customer details empty (as is normally allowed for B2C invoices). However, it seems the invoice was flagged as inaccurate.
Has anyone faced this issue?
Is it required to include minimal customer details for B2C (e.g., city name, country)?
What’s the correct way to handle this to avoid future errors?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
