Hello,

Although we submit invoices without any issues, today we have received an email with the subject “Zatka, Tax and Customs Authority (E-Invoicing | 401 Errors)”.

Does this email mean that we have an issues?

@m.mahdi if you received email from ZATCA about 401 errors, then yes, ZATCA is receiving invoices from unauthorized CSIDs. Please investigate from your side.
