E-Invoicing | 401 Errors

We received the below email from ZATCA, although all invoices are cleared and status code is 200. what is the issue? is this public email for all companies?

@Yousef check the response codes for all your submissions, this email is sent only to those taxpayers who received large number of 401 errors.

@Ankit_Tiwari
All documents which shared with zatca have status code =200 i don’t have any document with status code =401

@Yousef please check thoroughly with all concerned teams. This email is sent only to taxpayers getting 401 continuously. Also, reply back on same email asking for details of some sample invoices to cross check.

Hi @Ankit_Tiwari ,
We are receiving a 401 Unauthorized response from ZATCA for one of our clients in the UAT/Sandbox environment when calling the Reporting API (https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/invoices/reporting/single). Below is the response received from ZATCA:

{“validationResults”:{“infoMessages”:,“warningMessages”:,“errorMessages”:[{“type”:“ERROR”,“code”:“Authentication-Errors”,“category”:“Invalid-Authentication-Certificate”,“message”:“”,“status”:“ERROR”}],“status”:“ERROR”},“reportingStatus”:“NOT_REPORTED”}

@idaoud could you please look into this
