Electronic document log: [Error] Business document cannot be completed due to inconsistent state

Hi All,
Can anyone let me know the cause of the below error because the invoice submitted successfully but showing a Warning log.
If it is an issue, please let me know what the resolution for it.

This is Microsoft D365 F&O.
I want to know whether this is submitted to ZATCA or not.
