About PCSID Confusion

I need some information regarding PCSID

PCSID,
For generating PCSID, I know i have to test 6 invoice standard, simplified credit and debit with CSID and get pass, Can i generate PSCID for every device after testing pass?? Or i have to test every device that have CSID??

For each Device you need to Create CSR, CSID and PCSID.
