We are currently experiencing a technical issue with the Tax Invoice Clearance process via the Fatoora Platform. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of any ongoing technical updates or maintenance affecting the service response.
We are also experiencing this issue since 05/02 at 01:30 AM GST (Gulf Standard Time) to until now., due to which around 700+ invoices failed to submit.
Kindly look into this and take the necessary action at the earliest.

We are currently facing system issues with error codes E0025, E2096, and 503 on the POS.
In addition, the Opera Fiscal program is showing the error message: “Service temporarily unavailable.”
We also receive a message advising users to return to the previous page.
We have facing the same issue and is affecting e-invoicing for all the invoices.
Kindly look into this to take the necessary action as it is affecting the production environment.
