Zatca server status

Hi,

This issue has persisted throughout the day. After investigation, it turned out that ZATCA has blocked our server’s IP address. We should ask ZATCA to whitelist our server IP address.

      A few possible causes for a connection timeout are:

      - The remote host is not reachable (perhaps a firewall is blocking the connection on the remote end).

      - Your ISP is blocking the outbound connection (this is common for SMTP port 25).

      - If your timeout is too short, then maybe the server is just too slow to accept the connection.

Any one know where i can add my server IP address in Zatca platform

Dear Team,

The service has resumed normal operation after an unexpected disruption. It appears that mobily.com.sa had temporarily blocked our server IP. We attempted to coordinate with both ZATCA and Mobily during the downtime, although the exact cause of the block and its resolution remain unclear.

Fortunately, the issue has now been resolved, and the service is fully restored after approximately two days of interruption. All pending invoices have been successfully submitted, and the system is back to normal operation.
