ZATCA API Timeout – Need Help

We’re facing ZATCA invoice submission timeouts on shared hosting (all ERPs on same server/IP).
Port 443 open, no firewall issues, other HTTPS APIs work fine. Hosting suspects IP-level blocking from ZATCA.

Quick questions:

  1. Does ZATCA block shared hosting IPs?

  2. Is a dedicated server or dedicated public IP required?

  3. Any way to whitelist / unblock IP from ZATCA?

  4. Must the server be located inside Saudi Arabia?
