A large number of our clients are encountering the following error when attempting to share invoices with the ZATCA system:
“Could not resolve remote name: gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa”
This issue started recently, and it seems related to connectivity or DNS resolution.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
