Updated signing time in xml

Hi Team,

We have observed that the signing time in the response received during clearance has been updated today.
Format of signing time earlier → xades:SigningTime2023-10-05T05:45:33Z</xades:SigningTime>

Format of signing time new → xades:SigningTime2023-10-05T05:45:33</xades:SigningTime>

Please confirm if this change is expected and will not be updated in the future.

Due to this issue we have posted multiple copies of the same invoice today which has created duplicate entries at ZATCA. The UUID, ICV and PIH are the same for these invoices. Do we need to raise credit notes for the copies of invoices?

Apparently ZATCA fixed the bug on their side (as before they were not accepting Z in IssueTime and some other places.

I just cannot understand why such a small change caused duplicate invoices reported. The deduplication logic should work based on UUID solely as it is completely unique identifier
