When ZATCA signs a B2B invoice today, the “SigningTime” field has the incorrect value. It is showing Saudi Arabia time, but applying “Z” at the end (indicating it should be UTC). Meaning, the time itself must be changed to correctly show the UTC time,
so instead of “2023-09-08T15:14:39Z” it should show “2023-09-08T12:14:39Z”
Is there any resolution time for this?
yes this is a known issue and the fix will be released soon, maybe in a week time.

Any updates on this? We have a number of clients raising this issue and feeling uncertain about when this is expected to work, despite the issue being a bug on ZATCA side.
