Two branchs with same CN and same VAT number

Hello Zatca Team,

one of my customer have two branches, both branches have similar VAT number and Commerial numbers,

but they have independent invoicing serial, Credit and debit notes serial.

what exactly step to for onboarding?

Should we request two device for onboarding or make onboarding for each branch alone?

Branches must have different cr numbers . i you dont need 2 devices , but one central device sending all invoices , it doesn’t matter invoice’s serial numbers

@ucitco are these branches generating invoices locally? If yes, you need to onboard each device that generates invoices locally.

Should we request two OTP from Fatorata portal and apply one for each branch?
