Many of our clients have multiple Commercial Registrations (CRs) under a single VAT number. We would appreciate your clarification on the following points:
- Can we submit invoices for different CRs using the same certificate?
- If this is allowed, is it possible to maintain a separate IRN series for each CR?
- The short address provided during the onboarding process β to which CR does it correspond?

Can we submit invoices for different CRs using the same certificate? Yes, if you use only one billing system to generate invoices for all branches you can onboard just one CSID and issue invoices for all branches. The address and βOther Seller IDβ should pertain to respective branch to which invoice pertains.

If this is allowed, is it possible to maintain a separate IRN series for each CR? Yes you can maintain separate sequence of IRN for each branch. However, there should be only one sequence of ICVs and one sequence of PIH per CSID.

The short address provided during the onboarding process β to which CR does it correspond? If it is a centralized billing solution then short address should be that of the place where centralized billing solution is located.
