Dear IT Support Team,
We are currently facing an issue with the ZATCA Simulation environment.
We recently planned to migrate our site to a new server. Both environments (Simulation and Production) were working correctly before the migration. However, since October, the Simulation environment has been returning the following error:
HTTP 401 – Unauthorized
{“validationResults”:{“infoMessages”:[],“warningMessages”:[],“errorMessages”:[{“type”:“ERROR”,“code”:“Authentication-Errors”,“category”:“Invalid-Authentication-Certificate”,“message”:“”,“status”:“ERROR”}],“status”:“ERROR”},“reportingStatus”:“NOT_REPORTED”}
We have transferred all ZATCA-related files (Certificate, PIH, and Private Key) to the new server without making any changes to them.
However, the Simulation environment is still not working on either the old or the new server, while the Production environment is working correctly on the old server.
Due to this issue, we are hesitant to proceed with migrating the Production environment to the new server until the Simulation environment issue is resolved and we can ensure that everything will work correctly after the migration.
Could you please investigate this issue, help us identify the root cause of the authentication error, and advise us on how to resolve it?
Your support would be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
