We have been randomly receiving a 401 response code from the endpoint “https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids“ with the message “You are not authorized to use this api endpoint“. The strange thing is that it seems to be affecting a select few clients and we unable to understand why this is happening. The onboarding process goes as normal for other clients so it cannot be a simple system issue. Can we get some help on this? The customer has been unable to onboard their VAT for over 10 days now because the error keeps happening.
