Frequent Issues in Simulation Onboarding

Hi ZATCA Team,

From the past month or so, we have been facing several issues with the ZATCA simulation endpoints. It is getting quite difficult to do the onboarding of the taxpayers and several of our customers have been unable to complete them. I am sharing some of the cases that we have seen during this period.

CASE 1

Endpoint: https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/compliance
Issue Seen: We receive a 400 response from when we try to generate a compliance CSID
Date Seen: Last one was on 13th October 2025

CASE 2

Endpoint: https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids
Issue Seen: After all of the onboarding steps were completed successfully, we are getting this error message “You are not authorized to use this api endpoint
Date Seen: Last on of 6th October 2025

CASE 3

Endpoint: https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids
Issue Seen: When trying to renew the production certificate we receive a 400 response code and are unable to proceed with the renewal steps.

These issues are happening at a completely random basis and we cannot find any pattern from our side. Requesting the team to please look into these issues urgently as our customers are waiting to go live, but are unable to do due to these issues.
