In such cases your solution needs to save all the responses from the ZATCA side
to avoid such cases, However, we recommend you to regenerate it again.

As I am facing following error, please help in this regard

Please check the
certificateTemplateName = ASN1:PRINTABLESTRING:PREZATCA-Code-Signing in your .cnf file
use: PREZATCA-Code-Signing for simulation environment and ZATCA-Code-Signing for production environment.
