We are experiencing a lot of authentication errors on the simulation portal since 8th late evening. We have attempted generation of 321 invoices today on simulation environment and all the invoices have failed.
All calls for generation on simulation are failing with the below error message:
Authentication-Errors
Invalid-Authentication-Certificate
The devices are active as per the Fatoora portal and was working successfully before.
Please let us know how to correct these errors.
We’re also facing the issue same, all our device certificates are automatically expired on 8th August and we’re unable to renew them.

we have been experiencing the same error for the last couple of weeks ago.
we decided to revoke existing certificates in Simulation and re-do the onboarding.
We have successfully onboarded 3 entities but when we submit the invoices for clearance we are getting “Invalid Authentication Certificate” still.
Can you please help?

We are stuck for over 2 weeks we are not able to proceed with the testing.
