Simulation Issue : Device Not Showing in List Device

Note : this is simulation environment environment and i want to add device in simulation environment only for now not in production

I have completed simulation compliance got success response For : https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/compliance

Server Response:

but no devices is showing when i checked devices from option " View list of solutions & devices"

please help which step i am missing because i did everything according to the document.
