The absence of the “Cleared” label in the mobile app indicates that the TIN in the QR code has not been enforced. If you are still encountering this issue, even after successfully clearing B2B invoices through the clearance API in production and after downloading the last version of the mobile app, please provide the following files to the official support channel, along with your Relationship Manager (RM), for further technical assistance:
