Hi,
I am trying to process through zatca onboarding steps
1- i created the csr from the data generated from the fatoora portal account
2- created simulation certificate
3- created 6 different invoices for all types
4- used the result from simulation csid and generated the production certificate

then i tried to report or clear any invoice (using the production csid)
i got this error “User only allowed to use the vat number that exists in the authentication certificate“

i also wanna know, after i revoked the certificate on fatoora portal, i tried to genenrate new one through the same steps, but there was no new one created on the portal

so is it only 1 certificate ?
and how to solve the reporting and clearing issue ?
