Dear Fatoora Developer Community,
We have successfully tested our integration solution in the test environment and moved to testing in simulation. However, After following the steps provided to onboard a test solution, no solution seems to be onboarded on the portal. Hence, we would like to confirm whether the steps followed were correct and identify where we might have gone wrong.
First, we generate the OTP from the portal, then the CSR (the openssl config for the CSR will be attached below), and request a CCSID and the PCSID. We also tried checking for compliance using the Compliance API which returned with 202 status “REPORTED” but no solution appears to be onboarded on the portal. Where could the issue be in this case? Also is there a restriction on the VAT Numbers which can be used in the simulation environment? As in test mode some API endpoint such as the Reporting API only accepted the default test VAT Number.
We appreciate any help regarding this.
