I finished sandbox testing and its working.
Now I want to test on simulation fatoora portal. When I login using ERAD credential there is no option like “Onboarding the user’s EGS Unit” . there is other many options’ am confused here we have vat registration and certificate can you help me.
Is there any process to apply to access this portal.

sir I read this I think you didn’t understand my question.
my question is how I can access these option because when I login successfully on this link https://fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/ its showing me all other option related to zatca but these option related to onboarding is not showing.

If the onboarding options are not visible, it’s possible that your account requires activation or additional approval. I recommend contacting ZATCA SP support at sp_support@zatca.gov.sa for further assistance.
Additionally, please share screenshots of the current screen you see in the portal? This will help better understand the issue and provide more accurate guidance.

Yes Now you got my point. So is it only to send email or any other process to apply first ? and we can send email from any person or only from email of account holder.

It’s recommended to send the email to sp_support@zatca.gov.sa from the registered account holder’s email address for verification. If that’s not possible, it’s better to include the account holder’s details (e.g., VAT number and registered email) in your message.
