Invoices accepted by ZATCA but missing from ZATCA records.

Hello

We are a service provider and we recieved a few complaints from our users that their invoices are not accepted by zatca.

On our system, the zatca response says the invoice was accepted. But The customer says that ZATCA contacted them that their invoices are missing.

Has anyone faced this issue before? How can we validated this and check where the issue is? As the logs from zatca are telling us all is well.
