We have few invoices missed to integrate to zatca einvoice in 2024 and still pending to integrate because of some customer address issue we faced, also we have integrated few of them in 2025 this month. What is the solution if any of this is an issue…
@fazil.thayyil hope you may have already submitted Failure Notification (link), if not please do so.
Further, please note that Invoices are not rejected by ZATCA for invalid or missing customer address fields. Such invoices are accepted with warning. You need not hold back such invoices for issues with customer address.
