Invalid CSR (Bad Request 400)

I have created the CSID and did Compliance step
after that i am trying to generate the PCSID and it is giving me the error of 400

my organization name has english and arabic both seprated by |

is it causing the issue ?
or do i need to make any changes in csr config file for sending arabic data ?

Hi there! I encountered the same error. To resolve it, make sure your CSR (Certificate Signing Request) is converted to Base64. I initially missed this step, which led to the issue. Once I converted the CSR to Base64, the problem was solved.

Brother it was an issue about 7 days ago
i was getting the response during Generation PCSID after compliance step and the response was “The provided CSR is invalid.”

then i figured it out and do a major change and my change was
Replacing the Chilkat Library with openSSL and it works fine i got CCSID then Did Compliance of invoices then generated PCSID and my unit is onboard successfully.

But i am still on the point why the CSR generated by using the Chilkat library gives error of invalid csr during generating PCSID

Hi can you tell us the process you followed using openSSL to get the CCSID and then Compliance of invoices and then generate the PCSID

I had the same issue if anyone can show me where is the problem

what its work fine in compliance but when I asked for the pcsid its gives wrong CSR
