We are currently facing intermittent timeout / connection reset issues on the Production (FATOORA Core) environment affecting both the Reporting and Clearance APIs.
Issue Description :
We are seeing frequent but intermittent API timeouts, where requests fail for a few minutes and then start working again. This cycle repeats multiple times during the day.
- The issue is currently ongoing
- It affects multiple taxpayers
- It impacts both Reporting and Clearance endpoints
- The system recovers automatically after short intervals
While this is not a complete outage, it is causing:
- Delays in invoice processing
- Increased retry traffic
- Downstream impact on client systems expecting synchronous responses
Additional Observations :
- No recent configuration or deployment changes were made on our side today
- Request payloads are within normal limits
- The same integration works normally outside the affected time windows
- The behavior is consistent across different taxpayers and CSIDs
