Pls Help Why below ERROR is coming

Thanks for reaching out,

Please note that the 409 that you are receiving showing that you already generated the CCSID for the same CSR, In this case kindly find the below recommendation

Our recommendation is to update your configuration file with new data such as
(adding some letters in the name) After that generate new CSR with new OTP and you will be able to receive the new CCSID.
