We have been encountering the same issue since the early hours of 23-08-2025. The reporting API is returning a Response Code: 200 with an empty response body, which is still persisting.(Especially with B2C offline invoices)
This issue has caused a halt in sales operations for our customers, as they are unable to generate invoices as usual.

Also happened with our system, when retrying the same signed invoice, zatca return 208 (invoice previously posted)
