Status 400, Without any error code - Invoice Rejected for Reporting API

Hi team,

We have encountered rejections for 9 B2C invoice records we have submitted today (17-04) early morning.

However there is no error/warning code we have received for these Rejected records.

We haven’t encountered any issues for the rest of our submissions and it is working fine as usual.

@vishnunair could you please specify to which API endpoint are you sending these invoices to?

Would you please send the full API request of the infected invoices toSP_Support@zatca.gov.sa to investigate this furtherly?, including the following:

1- the exact API endpoint
2- the headers of the API request, excluding the secret “password” in authorization section.
3- the body of the API request
4- the full API response (from ZATCA’s side)
5- the IP address of the device/solution that sent the invoices.
