Production Reprting API returning 400 whith empty messages

Hi guys, we started getting an increase in the Reporting Api with status code 400 from Zatca this percentage was 0% before. However checking for Zatca response does not have any information about the rejection, here is a sample of the response payload:

We have around 13% of our daily invoices got impacted because of this and the issue still on-going.
