We are facing problem with the integration “time out” , Can we print the tax invoice and give it to the customer till the integration work fine and what we will print in the invoice , Simplified invoice and tax invoice as normal or we need to print any hint .
For B2B tax invoices, you must first clear the invoice through ZATCA to obtain the QR code, which can then be printed on the invoice.
For B2C simplified invoices and credit/debit notes, you can generate and provide them directly to the customer. These invoices should be reported to ZATCA within 24 hours.

For B2C Invoices, the QR code is generated in advance, before reporting to ZATCA, so it can be provided directly to the customer at the time of the transaction or service.
For B2B Invoices, however, the QR code is generated only after the invoice has been cleared by ZATCA. If there is an issue with the clearance, you must wait for it to be resolved before obtaining the QR code, which can then be printed on the invoice.
Thanks hnatividad for your comment , can you advise about a link or DLL we can use to create the QR code for the B2C before sending it to ZATCA , Thanks in advance .
