This tool “cert4sign” is not supported by ZATCA, there are no restrictions on the use of external tools by the authority. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your personal data and to verify the safety of external tools. The authority is not responsible for this.
We always recommend using only ZATCA tools and following the security and data protection procedures contained in the E-invoicing manuals.
