500 Internal Server Error in Simulation (Could not connect to endpoint)

I get that error Since yesterday when try to get PCSID for simulation mode

API URL : https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids

Response {“httpCode”:“500”,“httpMessage”:“URL Open error”,“moreInformation”:“Could not connect to endpoint”}

Could you please help me to solve this error

To provide comprehensive support as usual, can I kindly ask you to elaborate more with you concerns mentioning the exact steps you followed, In addition to that mention the exact data you are using in the body, Authorization, and Headers.

Additionally, are you facing the same response on production environment?

the problem was solved yesterday after 11:00 PM , I’m using the same steps that I followed more than 2 years ago and I didn’t change any thing .
the problem was only with simulation mode
