pleas try generate the CSR from the beginning for the simulation using the SDK, this command:
Fatoora -sim -csr -csrConfig [propertiesfilename. properties] and the properties file that comes with it in data/input directory
Shall I use my organization info instead of the sample data?
yes, sure then use the SDK to generate the CSR.

I followed the suggested steps, however still getting 500-Internal Server Error. compliance_request_id": “1692538015604”
please make sure the config file doesn’t contain special characters, and try as much as possible to avoid arabic letters and spaces
Unfortunately still receiving the same error, I have removed all Arabic characters, spaces, hyphen, and commas in CSR Config.

no, not all of them you still need these 2 lines to be like this for example
NB: if you didn’t get any messages from ZATCA, it means that it could be something from your system or something, please make sure to try the APIs using an external tool like postman and not from your system to differentiate if the error is from our side or maybe from the integration of your system’s code.
