500-Connection Reset Issue again from Zatca, on 13th april

We would like to bring to your attention that our clients have once again encountered 500 - Connection Reset errors intermittently on both 12th and 13th April 2025 This issue is impacting their business operations, as they are required to resubmit the affected invoices.

Notably, on 13th April around 11:00 PM KSA time, we observed this error occurring across multiple clients.

We kindly request you to investigate this issue urgently and provide us with an update. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently experiencing the same 500 - Connection Reset error from ZATCA across all clients in production once again. We have been receiving responses since 9:57 AM KSA time today.

Kindly look into this issue as a priority.
