We are receiving a HTTP status code response of 503 for several documents today. It is mostly coming from the reporting endpoint, we have been receiving this response code from past 7 hours. No matter how many times we try to resend the document we are still receiving the same error. Can you please help with the investigation of this issue. We are unable to close several transactions because of this.

We are also receiving response of 503,504 for several documents from past 12 hours. Our sending API is repeatedly got disabled due to several failed transactions .

Yes the issue seems to be fixed now in production. However we are seeing this same error in the simulation environment now.
