For the past few days we have seen that the clearance module is taking significantly longer to process the invoice than the usual 2-4 seconds. We are seeing instance where it has taken 18-20 seconds to process documents on multiple occasions today. Because of this we have 100s of documents stuck waiting to be processed to the sequential ICV and PIH compliance. Please check this issue on priorty. It is causing many bottlenecks in our systems.

in Case of B2C ,you will sign from your side and can send to ZATCA within 24 hours of date of issue . For B2B ,you have 15 days from end of month of supply .So,not a big issue about delay ,unless you have a rush in B2B transactions

We are facing the same issue with the clearance / reporting module and it responds extremely slow (taking 8 to 20 seconds for many records). Many times it responds with 500 error after waiting for 15 seconds which again adds wait time for other pending transactions.
Users are raising issues repeatedly related to such slow processing as their account contains multiple documents which are still not pushed to ZATCA and such count keeps on increasing as the new documents keep entering the system. Due to such slow response the documents are stuck waiting for the response from ZATCA endpoint. Application processes large volume of transactions and it results in thousands of documents awaiting response.
@Ankit_Tiwari request you to please check this on priority and help with resolution.
