Since the invoice issue date and time are being sent in UTC, I’d like to confirm the recommended approach for naming the XML file.
311111111111113_20250906T033250_ABC-45.xml
or
311111111111113_20250906T033250Z_ABC-45.xml
The Z (UTC marker) is required in the XML content (inside <cbc:IssueTime>), but it should be included in the file name or not ?
