We suddenly started getting warnings on all our production devices when reporting invoices, Some of the devices were working fine for over a year with no changes to VAT or any information:
“X509Certificate (CCSID / PCSID) used for signing is not valid certificate (CCSID / PCSID) for this VAT Registration Number”
We didn’t change anything in our code. The strange part is that it’s not happening everytime, some invoices go through fine without the warning and this is only for simplified, the same device used for standard invoices with no warnings.
Did something change from ZATCA’s end?
