Warning X509Certificate (CCSID / PCSID) used for signing is not valid certificate

we are facing this “warning“ suddenly for SOME invoices .
X509Certificate (CCSID / PCSID) used for signing is not valid certificate (CCSID / PCSID) for this VAT Registration Number.

I know what it means , but why it appears for some invoices and not the others . and why I am getting reported with warnings ? invoices with that error should be rejected .
after all my certificate is fine , I’ve been using it for 8 months .

Dear @bahaeddine

Thanks for reaching out.

To provide comprehensive support as usual, can I kindly ask you to elaborate with the below:

  1. Are you facing this on SIM or production env?
  2. What is the exact API that you are hitting?
  3. If you are in the production environment, kindly check and confirm that you are signing your B2C XML using the PCSID “binarySecurityToken”, not the CCSID “binarySecurityToken”, nor the simulation PCSID “binarySecurityToken”.

Thanks,
Ibrahem Daoud.

@idaoud its production env .
url : https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/reporting/single
we are using the pcsid .
as I mentioned before we have multiple invoices reported successfully with same url , and pcsid .
the issue appeared in 6 invoices . and to make it more strange the invoices actually got reported with warnings says certificate is invalid. This is the most abnormal response I had in 3 years
