Wrong X509 Issuer Name and Serial number

While validating a B2C Invoice and Credit note via SDK tool kit we are facing the below error :

Please assist on how to resolve this issue

1- What is the version of the SDK that you are using?
2- Did you onboarded successfully and received your PCSID?
3- Kindly mention all the steps that you followed from the beginning.
