The production portal exception

We facing issue when we send invoice to production portal each time getting this exception after some time. Please fix because we have many invoices it’s pending.

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request.
 ---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..
 ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (10054): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

We are sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue which prevents you from sending pending invoices to ZATCA.

Would you please elaborate more on the faced issue please? We belive that there is a problem with the rest APIs integration with ZATCA, that’s most likely the reason for facing such an issue.

So we request you please to ensure the right structure of each API,(URl, Headers,body…etc.), you can refer to the API documentation guide & other published guidelines by ZATCA (Technical guideline, developer portal guideline,Fatoora portal guideline).

The structure API request is correct and we are facing this issue only in case we send a lot of invoices more than 1000 and some time until 5000.
