Simulation site does not display invoices

Dear ALL,

The simulation site does not display invoices (stats); yet, when I report an invoice, I receive the following response.

Try to check after 48 hours while there was problem in refreshing stats if fixed or not by ZATCA team. thanks

If the response you’re getting contains the following:
reportingStatus: ‘REPORTED’ }
Then, this means that the B2C invoice is sent and accepted successfully from ZATCA.

Salam,
Yes dear but companies always check the portal and they think things are not getting reported correctly as portal not showing data. If in portal feature is there then it must show to satisfy comapnies Finance department.
