[ Simulation Portal ] Newly created CCSID certificate Submission of Sample Invoice getting 401 Unauthorized error

Hi ZATCA Techteam @idaoud @Ankit.K.Tiwari @Majd_Alawadi ,

We are currently facing a 401 Unauthorized error in ZATCA’s Simulation Portal during the submission of sample invoices using newly created CCSID certificates from our new SIT environment.

We would like to seek your guidance on the following point: if the CSID expires after 24 hours, do we need to recreate or re‑register the certificate by following the entire process from scratch, or is there an alternative approach available?

Indeed, the CCSID is automatically revoked 24 hours after its creation, and it will be automatically revoked after successfully generating your PCSID.

The answer is yes, you need to create a new CCISD.
