401 Unauthorized – Compliance Invoices

Aoa,

My compliance CSID’s binarySecurityToken and secret were working fine on the simulation environment for validating invoices. However, for the past week, I have been facing a 401 – Unauthorized error.

Here are the details:

• I verified my certificate expiry date on the ZATCA portal, and it is valid until August 2027.

• Despite this, I continue to receive the 401 error.

• I also attempted to renew the CSID using the following link:
  https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids
  but still received the 401 error.

I would appreciate your guidance on:

1. What is the valid time frame for a compliance CSID’s binarySecurityToken and secret?

2. How can I obtain a new binarySecurityToken and secret for my compliance CSID (for validating the invoice)?

@chkjamil Kindly advise me on how to resolve this issue, as I am experiencing the same problem during customer onboarding.
