I have solution in cloud and used by multi tenant, In this case generate one private key for all taxpayer used the same solution or any taxpayer should be generated one?
Also csr.common.name and csr.serial.number in this cases must be same data for all taxpayer or we can change for every taxpayer ?

no problem to use the same private key but the CSR, CSID, PCSID will be different for each taxpayer.
in the properties file no problem to use the same serial number as it’s related to the device only because you are using same device for all of them, ut the common name will change according to each taxpayer.
