How to generate OTP for compliance API on simulation/production environment?

Thanks for reaching out,

Please follow the below steps:

  • Login to Zatca using the TIN, for simulation in the top right of the screen you will find a box with (fatoora simulation portal-try it out)

  • Navigate to Onboard New Solution Unit/Device.

  • Select the number of OTP you want to generate.

Notes:

  • Based on the CSR if it generated for simulation env you need to get the OTP from Simulation Portal, for Production use fatoora portal.
  • Ensure to use the OTP before it expires, each OTP is valid for 1 hr after being generated.
