Dear @mjamal ,
you need to make sure that you are using the correct user and password related to the request ID you send, also add a header “CurrentCCSID” to the request with the token as a value for it.
and it should be working fine.

I have another issue on validation
FATOORA Portal calculation is different than actual amount, please see below example.
Line TAX amount calculation by ZATCA , the tax amount should be 234,179.69 , Fatoor portal value is different 234179.67 and clearing invoice with earning . I have sent the request to our account manager.

We went live on 17-OCT-2023.
Our invoices are getting cleared.
But not showing correct number of invoices cleared.
It is showing just one invoice cleared.

I faced this issue before, for me it was the arabic numbers which sent (OTP) when generating CSID
So it must be in English format e.g (234298)
