Notice by ZATCA regarding non integration with ZATCA on production

Hi ZATCA Team,

Some of the VATs have received a notice from ZATCA about non-Integration with ZATCA on production environment.
The notice mentions that the taxpayer is not sending invoices regularly in the production environment to ZATCA.

The notice seems to be incorrect as the VAT is continuously submitting invoices to ZATCA for Reporting and Clearance from the devices registered. All sales are recorded and submitted to ZATCA within the stipulated time period. We’re unable to verify this from the statistics page on Fatoora portal but all records of invoices submitted are available with us.

Please advice what needs to be the action taken from our side whether technical or otherwise as we are compliant. We’re sharing some sample invoices and device list from production as response to the notice but do let us know if there is anything else that needs to be shared.
